We’re The Diller Room — Seattle’s last real bar.

Since 1894, we’ve been pouring whiskey, shaking cocktails, and building stories in the heart of the city. Not just a bar — a living landmark. Tucked into the ground floor of the old Diller Hotel, we’re the kind of place that survived Prohibition, outlasted five economic crashes, and came back swinging after a pandemic. Why? Because we never forgot what matters: hospitality, heart, and a damn good drink.

We’re not into trends. We’re into tradition — served with warmth and no pretense. You won’t find QR code menus or drinks named after memes. You will find bartenders who know your drink, cocktails that earn your respect, and whiskey that doesn’t need a screen to make an impression. We believe in the craft — every pour, every shake, every welcome.
